Grand Daddy Purple is an indica dominant strain. It has many different names, a few being: “Grand Daddy Purp”, “G Purps”, “GDP” and “Gridlock”. This strain, popularised in 2003 by Ken Estes is a mix of Mendo Purps, Skunk and Afghani. The buds has a grape berry aroma inherited from the Mendo and Afghani, and its oversized bud structure from Skunk. The growing buds has shades of deep purple with a snow like dust of white crystal resin. Smoking this strain will put your body into relax mode so do not expect much movement.
